These Regulations may be cited as the Plants (Importation and Exportation) (Fees) Regulations, 2009. 2. Fees 2. Single Import Permit in respect of - (a) commercially packaged or certified seed $10 per entry (b) produce for consumption $20 per entry (c) cut flowers, foliage or certified seed $30 per entry (d) plants, including propagative material $100 per entry (e) balled and burlapped trees or container plants over 40 gallon size $100 per plant 2. Multiple Import Permit (valid from 1st July to 30th June of the year in which the permit is issued) in respect of - (a) commercially packaged or certified seed $150 per year (b) produce for consumption $500 per year (c) cut flowers, foliage or certified seed $750 per year\", \"element\": \"section\", \"heading\": null}, {\"eId\": \"sec_3\", \"num\": \"3.\", \"text\": \"Phytosanitary Certificate $30 per certificate\", \"element\": \"section\", \"heading\": null}, {\"eId\": \"sec_4\", \"num\": \"4.\", \"text\": \"(1) The following fees are payable as Inspection Fees, in respect of an inspection by an officer of the Department of Agriculture at the place of import or export, other than the airport and airport cargo warehouse - (a) during normal working hours $35 per inspection officer per hour or part thereof (b) outside of normal working hours $45 per inspection officer per hour or part thereof (c) for a call-out inspection outside of normal working hours $90 per inspection officer for the first hour and $45 per hour or part thereof, thereafter SCHEDULE SL 39 of 2009 (d) for a call-out inspection on a Sunday or a public general holiday $120 for the first hour per inspection officer and $60 per hour or part thereof, thereafter (2) In this paragraph, \u201cnormal working hours\u201d means the period commencing at 8:30 a.m. and ending at 5:00 p.m. on any day other than a Sunday or a public general holiday.
