(1) Whoever prints or publishes any paper and who fails to print, or cause to be printed, his name and address thereon as required by subsection (3) is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine of one thousand dollars and to imprisonment for six months. (2) Whoever distributes or disperses any paper which does not have the name and address of its publisher and, if the paper was printed in the Islands, its printer printed thereon as required by subsection (1), is guilty of an offence and liable Printing of Papers Law on conviction to a fine of five hundred dollars and to imprisonment for six months. (3) A name and address required to be printed on a paper under this section shall be printed in legible characters on the front of the paper if it consists of one leaf only, and in some conspicuous part of the paper if it consists of more than one leaf.\", \"element\": \"section\", \"heading\": null}, {\"eId\": \"sec_4\", \"num\": \"4.\", \"text\": \"Printer to keep copy of paper, etc. 4. Such printer shall so keep such copy for one year after the printing thereof and shall produce the same forthwith to any Magistrate on being served within such year with a notice in writing under the hand and seal of such Magistrate requiring him so to do.
