(1) A carrier shall pay the charges referred to in paragraph (2) to the Authority for each traveller in an outward-bound aircraft no later than ten days after the last day of each month in which the applicable charge falls due. (2) The charges referred to in paragraph (1) are \u2014 (a) a passenger facilities charge of thirteen dollars; (b) a terminal charge of five dollars; and (c) an airport development fee of fifteen dollars commencing on 1st January, 2024 and ending on 31st December, 2029. (3) For the purposes of calculating the charges payable by a carrier under this regulation, the journey of a traveller whose agreement for carriage is evidenced by a ticket ends at the traveller\u2019s final place of destination.\", \"element\": \"section\", \"heading\": null}, {\"eId\": \"sec_4\", \"num\": \"4.\", \"text\": \"Offence 4.
