The Public Health Law (2002 Revision) is amended by repealing section 71(2) and substituting the following subsection \u2014 \u201c(2) Whoever commits an offence for which no specific penalty is provided under this Law is liable on conviction to a fine of ten thousand dollars and to imprisonment for two years and, in the case of a continuing offence, to a further fine of five hundred dollars for every day on which the offence continues after conviction.\u201d.
