The Elections Rules (2021 Revision) are amended in rule 15 as follows \u2014 (a) in paragraph (1), by inserting after the words \u201cExpress Mail Service\u201d the words \u201cor such other postal delivery or trackable courier service as may be determined by the Supervisor\u201d; and (b) by repealing paragraph (2) and substituting the following paragraph \u2014 \u201c(2) The Elections Office shall provide to each postal elector, a prepaid return slip which the postal elector shall use to return the postal elector\u2019s postal ballot.\u201d.
