The Ombudsman Act, 2017 is amended in Schedule 2 as follows \u2014 (a) in Part 1, by deleting the words \u201cThe Complaints (Maladministration) Act (2014 Revision)\u201d and substituting the words \u201cThe Complaints (Maladministration) Act (2018 Revision)\u201d; (b) in Part 2, by deleting the words \u201cThe Freedom of Information Act (2015 Revision)\u201d and substituting the words \u201cThe Freedom of Information Act (2018 Revision)\u201d; and Paragraph 2 Ombudsman Act, 2017 (Amendment of Schedule 2) Order, 2019 SL 29 of 2021 (c) by inserting immediately after Part 3, the following Part \u2014 \u201cPart 4 The Data Protection Act, 2017\u201d.
