The Companies Act (2023 Revision) is amended in Schedule 5 as follows \u2014 (a) in Part 1 as follows \u2014 (i) in paragraph (a)(i), by deleting the words \u201c$575\u201d and substituting the words \u201c$675\u201d; (ii) in paragraph (a)(ii), by deleting the words \u201c$815\u201d and substituting the words \u201c$915\u201d; (iii) in paragraph (b)(i), by deleting the words \u201c$600\u201d and substituting the words \u201c$700\u201d; Paragraph 2 SL 27 of 2023 (iv) in paragraph (b)(ii), by deleting the words \u201c$900\u201d and substituting the words \u201c$1,000\u201d; (v) in paragraph (b)(iii), by deleting the words \u201c$1,884\u201d and substituting the words \u201c$1,984\u201d; and (vi) in paragraph (b)(iv), by deleting the words \u201c$2,468\u201d and substituting the words \u201c$2,568\u201d; (b) in Part 2 as follows \u2014 (i) in paragraph (a)(i), by deleting the words \u201c$675\u201d and substituting the words \u201c$800\u201d; and (ii) in paragraph (a)(ii), by deleting the words \u201c$915\u201d and substituting the words \u201c$1,040\u201d; (c) in Part 4 as follows \u2014 (i) in item 1(a), by deleting the words \u201c$700\u201d and substituting the words \u201c$825\u201d; (ii) in item 1(b), by deleting the words \u201c$1000\u201d and substituting the words \u201c$1,125\u201d; (iii) in item 1(c), by deleting the words \u201c$1,984\u201d and substituting the words \u201c$2,109\u201d; and (iv) in item 1(d), by deleting the words \u201c$2,568\u201d and substituting the words \u201c$2,693\u201d; (d) in Part 5 as follows \u2014 (i) in item 1, by deleting the words \u201c$1,350\u201d and substituting the words \u201c$1,500\u201d; and (ii) in item 2, by deleting the words \u201c$1,350\u201d and substituting the words \u201c$1,550\u201d; (e) in Part 6 as follows \u2014 (i) in paragraph (a), by deleting the words \u201c$75\u201d and substituting the words \u201c$100\u201d; (ii) in paragraph (b), by deleting the words \u201c$125\u201d and substituting the words \u201c$150\u201d; (iii) in paragraph (c), by deleting the words \u201c$125\u201d and substituting the words \u201c$150\u201d; (iv) by repealing paragraph (e) and substituting the following paragraph \u2014 \u201c(e) where \u2014 (i) filing a plan of merger or consolidation per constituent entity; $1,000; Paragraph 2 SL 27 of 2023 (ii) the surviving or consolidated company is a foreign company, each constituent company other than the surviving company pays a fee equal to three times the annual fee that would have been payable pursuant to section 169 in the January immediately preceding the filing of the plan of merger or consolidation by an exempt company having the same registered capital as the constituent company on the date of filing of the plan of merger or consolidation;\u201d; and (v) by repealing paragraph (f) and substituting the following paragraphs \u2014 \u201c(f) filing an application in respect of a dual foreign name;         $200 (g) any filing in respect of a liquidation. $200\u201d; and (f) in Part 7 in item 2(b) \u2014 (i) by deleting the words \u201c$300\u201d and substituting the words \u201c$400\u201d; and (ii) by deleting the words \u201c$1,500\u201d and substituting the words \u201c$6,000\u201d.
