The Limited Liability Partnership Act (2023 Revision), in this Act referred to as the \u201cprincipal Act\u201d, is amended in section 37 by inserting after the words \u201cby the partnership agreement\u201d the words \u201cand paying to the Registrar a fee of such amount as is prescribed by regulations made by the Cabinet\u201d.\", \"element\": \"section\", \"heading\": null}, {\"eId\": \"sec_3\", \"num\": \"3.\", \"text\": \"Insertion of sections 45A and 45B - administrative services; express fees 3.
