(1) This Order may be cited as the Customs Tariff (Amendment of Schedule 2) Order, 2025. The Customs Tariff Act (2023 Revision) is amended in Schedule 2, in paragraph 5 as follows \u2014 (a) in subparagraph (1)(c) as follows \u2014 (i) by inserting before the word \u201cif\u201d the words \u201csubject to subsubparagraph (d), \u201d; and (ii) by deleting the full stop after the words \u201cCI$500\u201d and substituting a semi-colon and the word \u201cand\u201d; and (b) by inserting after sub-subparagraph (c) the following sub-subparagraph \u2014 Paragraph 2 Customs Tariff (Amendment of Schedule 2) Order, 2025 SL 49 of 2025 \u201c(d) if the passenger is a resident who is returning from an overseas visit during the period commencing 29th November, 2025 and ending on 11th January, 2026, dutiable personal and household goods (not including merchandise) at the discretion of the Director, up to a value of CI$1000.\u201d.
