Citation\", \"element\": \"section\", \"heading\": null}, {\"eId\": \"sec_2\", \"num\": \"2.\", \"text\": \"The Marine Conservation Directives (2003 Revision) are amended in directive 6 as follows- Amendment of directive 6 of the Marine Conservation Directives (2003 Revision) (a) by renumbering directive 6 as directive 6(1); (b) by inserting after sub-paragraph(e) of paragraph (1), as renumbered, the following sub-paragraph- \u201c(ee)  Subject to paragraph (2), it will prohibit the licence holder from manufacturing or causing to be manufactured within the Islands any spear gun or any part of a spear gun;\u201d; and (c) by inserting after paragraph (1), as renumbered, the following paragraph- \u201c(2) Notwithstanding paragraph (1)(ee), a licence holder may manufacture a type of spear gun known as a \u201chook-stick\u201d which is a rod or stick of three and one- half feet or less in length with a fish hook at the end thereof.\u201d.
