These Regulations may be cited as the Public Service Pensions (Ex-Gratia Uplift Payments) (Amendment) Regulations, 2019.\", \"element\": \"section\", \"heading\": null}, {\"eId\": \"sec_2\", \"num\": \"2.\", \"text\": \"Amendment of regulation 2 of the Public Service Pensions (Ex-Gratia Uplift Payments) Regulations, 2018 - definitions 2. The Public Service Pensions (Ex-Gratia Uplift Payments) Regulations, 2018 are amended by deleting the definition of the words \u201cminimum cumulative pension\u201d and by substituting the following definition \u2014 \u201cminimum cumulative pension\u201d means a monthly payment which is in the amount of \u2014 (a) six hundred and fifty dollars for the 2018 financial year; (b) seven hundred and fifty dollars for the 2019 financial year; (c) eight hundred and fifty dollars for the 2020 financial year; and Regulation 2 Public Service Pensions (Ex-Gratia Uplift Payments) (Amendment) Regulations, 2019 SL 49 of 2019 (d) nine hundred and fifty dollars thereafter.\u201d.
