The Banks and Trust Companies (Licence Applications and Fees) Regulations (2013 Revision) are amended in regulation 3 by deleting the words \u201cspecified in the Third Schedule of the Money Laundering Regulations (2013 Revision)\u201d and substituting the words \u201cthat is designated, in accordance with section 5(2) of the Proceeds of Crime Law (2020 Revision), as having measures for combating money laundering and the financing of terrorism which are equivalent to that of the Islands\u201d.
