These Regulations may be cited as the Dangerous Substances (Amendment) Regulations, 2021. 2. Amendment of regulation 6(2) of the Dangerous Substances Regulations, 2017 - calibration of meter 2. The Dangerous Substances Regulations, 2017, in these Regulations referred to as the \u201cprincipal Regulations\u201d, are amended in regulation 6(2), by deleting the word \u201csubparagraph\u201d and substituting the word \u201cparagraph\u201d.\", \"element\": \"section\", \"heading\": null}, {\"eId\": \"sec_3\", \"num\": \"3.\", \"text\": \"Amendment of regulation 11(1) - verification of quantity at point of delivery 3. The principal Regulations are amended in regulation 30(5), by deleting the words \u201cparagraph (3)\u201d and substituting the words \u201cparagraph (4)\u201d.\", \"element\": \"section\", \"heading\": null}, {\"eId\": \"sec_6\", \"num\": \"6.\", \"text\": \"Amendment of regulation 66 - form of ticket, etc. 6. The principal Regulations are amended in regulation 66 as follows \u2014 (a) in paragraph (1), by deleting subparagraph (g) and substituting the following subparagraph \u2014 \u201c(g) require the person, in the event that the administrative penalty is not paid in accordance with paragraph (6) nor a plea of \u201cnot guilty\u201d entered in accordance with regulation 67(1), to attend before the summary court to enter a plea on such date as may be specified, that date being not earlier than ten days after the expiration of the period specified in regulation 65(3); and\u201d; and (b) in paragraph (5), by deleting the words \u201cregulation 65(1)\u201d and substituting the words \u201cregulation 67(1)\u201d.\", \"element\": \"section\", \"heading\": null}, {\"eId\": \"sec_7\", \"num\": \"7.\", \"text\": \"Amendment of regulation 67 - trial after not paying ticket or not agreeing to ticket 7. The principal Regulations are amended in regulation 67 as follows \u2014 (a) in paragraph (3), by deleting the words \u201cexercised any of the options referred to in regulation 66(5) or paragraph (1)\u201d and substituting the words \u201cpaid the total amount set out in the ticket in accordance with regulation 66(6) or entered a \u201cnot guilty\u201d plea in accordance with paragraph (1)\u201d; and (b) in paragraph (8), by deleting the words \u201cto exercise the options under regulation 65(5)\u201d and substituting the words \u201cto pay the total amount set out in the ticket in accordance with regulation 66(6)\u201d. Dangerous Substances (Amendment) Regulations, 2021 Regulation 8 SL 35 of 2021 8. Amendment of Schedule 7 - ticketable offences 8. The principal Regulations are amended in Schedule 7 as follows \u2014 (a) in the table entitled \u201cTICKETABLE OFFENCES\u201d, by deleting item 8 and substituting the following item \u2014 \u201c8. Failure to comply with regulation 62 or 63 (first offence only). Any further contravention of regulation 62 or 63 shall not be considered as a ticketable offence. Regulation 64 $1000\u201d (b) in the form entitled \u201cFORM OF TICKET\u201d, by deleting item 8 and substituting the following item \u2014 \u201c8. import permit\n5.\nThe principal Regulations are amended in regulation 30(5), by deleting the words\n\u201cparagraph (3)\u201d and substituting the words \u201cparagraph (4)\u201d.\n6.\nAmendment of regulation 66 -
