(1) These Regulations may be cited as the National Conservation (General) (Amendment) Regulations, 2021. The National Conservation (General) Regulations, 2016 are amended in regulation 9 as follows \u2014 (a) in paragraph (1), by deleting the words \u201cMay to August\u201d and substituting the words \u201cJanuary to September\u201d; (b) in paragraph (2), by deleting the words \u201cApril to September\u201d and substituting the words \u201cOctober to July\u201d; (c) in paragraph (3), by deleting the words \u201cSeptember to April\u201d and substituting the words \u201cOctober to December\u201d; and Regulation 3 National Conservation (General) (Amendment) Regulations, 2021 SL 45 of 2021 (d) in paragraph (4), by deleting the words \u201cOctober to March\u201d and substituting the words \u201cAugust to September\u201d.\", \"element\": \"section\", \"heading\": null}, {\"eId\": \"sec_3\", \"num\": \"3.\", \"text\": \"Transitional 3.
