The principal Regulations are amended in regulation 2 as follows \u2014 (a) in the definition of \u201cCensus Day\u201d, by deleting the words \u201c10th October, 2010\u201d and substituting the words \u201c10th October, 2021\u201d; Regulation 4 Census (Cayman Islands) (Amendment) Regulations, 2021 SL 51 of 2021 (b) in the definition of \u201ccensus information\u201d, by deleting the words \u201cCensus (Cayman Islands) Order, 2010\u201d and substituting the words \u201cCensus Order, 2021\u201d; (c) by deleting the definition of \u201ccensus forms\u201d and substituting the following definition \u2014 \u201c \u201ccensus forms\u201d means written or electronic forms issued by the Director of the Economics and Statistics Office\u201d; and (d) by inserting the following definitions in their appropriate alphabetical sequence \u2014 \u201c \u201celectronic\u201d means having electrical, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, or similar capabilities, whether digital, analogue or otherwise; and \u201cquestionnaire\u201d includes a questionnaire in electronic form;\u201d.\", \"element\": \"section\", \"heading\": null}, {\"eId\": \"sec_4\", \"num\": \"4.\", \"text\": \"Amendment of regulation 7 \u2013 duties of Census Manager 4.
