The Public Lands Regulations, 2021 are amended in regulation 19 by repealing paragraphs (3) and (4) and substituting the following paragraphs \u2014 \u201c(3) This regulation does not apply to \u2014 (a) a government entity; (b) a national event; and (c) a political meeting. (4) For the purposes of this regulation \u2014 \u201cgovernment entity\u201d means any body of the Government and includes a ministry, portfolio, statutory authority, government Regulation 2 Public Lands (Amendment) Regulations, 2022 SL 43 of 2022 company, the Office of the Ombudsman, the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions, and the Audit Office; and \u201ctemporary structure\u201d does not include a tent used for a camp.\u201d.
