The Public Service Pensions (Ex-Gratia Uplift Payments) Regulations, 2018 are amended in regulation 2 in the definition of the words \u201cminimum cumulative pension\u201d as follows \u2014 (a) by repealing paragraph (d) of the definition and substituting the following paragraph \u2014 \u201c(d) nine hundred and fifty dollars from 1st January, 2021 to 30th November, 2023;\u201d;  and (b) by inserting after paragraph (d) the following paragraph \u2014 Regulation 2 Public Service Pensions (Ex-Gratia Uplift Payments) (Amendment) Regulations, 2023 SL 31 of 2023 \u201c(e) one thousand two hundred and fifty dollars commencing 1st December, 2023;\u201d.
