The Limited Liability Companies (Fees) Regulations (2020 Revision) are amended in the Schedule \u2014 (a) by deleting items Nos. 11 and 12 and substituting the following items and fees \u2014 \u201cNo. Description Fee CI$ Express fee under section 59B(1)(a) or (b) $500 Express fee under section 59B(1)(c) $500\u201d; Regulation 2 Limited Liability Companies (Fees) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations,2024 SL 63 of 2024 (b) in items Nos. 13, 14 and 15, by deleting the words \u201cto section 69(c)\u201d and substituting the words \u201cto section 59A\u201d, respectively; (c) by deleting item No. 16 and substituting the following item and fee \u2014 \u201cNo. Description Fee CI$ Fee pursuant to section 59A for the issue of any certificate (other than a certificate specified in this Schedule) $150\u201d; and (d) by inserting after item No. 20, the following items and fees \u2014 \u201cNo. Description Fee CI$ Refund processing fee $50 Pre-clearance fee for a merger under $400 Fee for a merger under section 46, 50 or $1,000 per constituent entity Fee for correction of error made by a company on its filed documents $125 Fee for a customised certificate requested by a company $500 Fee for a customised letter requested by a company $500 Express fee with respect to a merger under section 46, 50 or 51 $500 per constituent entity Express fee with respect to deregistration under section 55 $500 Express fee with respect to reregistration under section 56 $500 Express fee for a customised certificate requested by a company $150 Express fee for a customised letter requested by a company $150\u201d.
