(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Insurance (Portfolio Insurance Companies) (Amendment) Regulations, 2024. Amendment of regulation 3 of the Insurance (Portfolio Insurance Companies) Regulations, 2015 - application for registration 2. The Insurance (Portfolio Insurance Companies) Regulations, 2015, in these Regulations referred to as the \u201cprincipal Regulations\u201d, are amended in regulation 3 as follows \u2014 (a) by repealing paragraph (2); and (b) by renumbering regulation 3(1) as regulation 3. Amendment of Schedule 2 - fees and capital requirement forms 6. The principal Regulations are amended in Schedule 2 as follows \u2014 (a) by repealing the Schedule heading and substituting the following Schedule heading \u2014 \u201cCAPITAL REQUIREMENT\u201d; (b) by repealing the Schedule subheading \u201cForm 1 Fees Payable\u201d and the particulars under that Schedule subheading; (c) by deleting the words \u201cFORM 2\u201d and substituting the words \u201cPART 1\u201d; and (d) by deleting the words \u201cFORM 3\u201d and substituting the words \u201cPART 2\u201d.
