For food vouchers \u2014 (a) in the case of a household of one person, no more than $350.00 per month; and (b) in the case of a household of more than one person, no more than $850.00 per month.\u201d; and (b) by substituting therefor the following category of financial assistance and its related allowance \u2014 \u201cFood 1.
