The Port Regulations (2025 Revision) are amended in Schedule 8 by inserting after the watersports area listed as \u201cCayman Brac\u201d, the following new watersports area \u2014 \u201cBODDEN TOWN EAST The area situated offshore the seaside public park near to the Meagre Bay Pond, which commences at the western end at Lat 19\u00b0 17\u2019 18\u201d N and Long 081\u00b0 13\u2019 56\u201d W, then extends toward the reef and turns east just inside the barrier reef at Lat 19\u00b0 17\u2019 13\u201d N and Long 081\u00b0 13\u2019 54\u201d W. It then continues east along the inner reef and turns northwest toward the shore at Lat 19\u00b0 17\u2019 26\u201d N and Long 081\u00b0 13\u2019 14\u201d W before turning west along the shore. Its nearshore boundary passes through coordinates Lat 19\u00b0 17\u2019 27\u201d N and Long 081\u00b0 13\u2019 41\u201d W before terminating at Lat 19\u00b0 17\u2019 18\u201d N and Long 081\u00b0 13\u2019 56\u201d W.\u201d.
