The Private Funds (Fees) Regulations, 2024 are amended by repealing regulation 4 and substituting the following regulation \u2014 \u201cAnnual registration fee\", \"element\": \"section\", \"heading\": null}, {\"eId\": \"sec_4\", \"num\": \"4.\", \"text\": \"For the purposes of section 10(1) of the Act, the annual registration fee payable by a private fund is \u2014 (a) four thousand, one hundred and twenty-five dollars; (b) an additional amount of five hundred and twenty-five dollars in respect of each of the private fund\u2019s alternative investment vehicles; Regulation 2 Private Funds (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations, 2025 SL 70 of 2025 (c) where the private fund is a segregated portfolio company, an additional amount of five hundred and twenty-five dollars in respect of each segregated portfolio; and (d) where the private fund has any other class of shares, units or interests in a company, trust or partnership for which the fund maintains individually presented separate accounts, an additional amount of five hundred and twenty-five dollars in respect of each separate account.\u201d.
