(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Personnel (Amendment) Regulations, 2026. (2) These Regulations shall come into force immediately after the commencement of the Personnel (Amendment) Regulations, 2025. 2. Amendment of regulation 1 of the Personnel (Amendment) Regulations, 2025 - citation and commencement 2. The Personnel (Amendment) Regulations, 2025 are amended in regulation 1(2) by deleting the words \u201c1st March, 2026\u201d and substituting the words \u201c31st March, 2026\u201d.\", \"element\": \"section\", \"heading\": null}, {\"eId\": \"sec_3\", \"num\": \"3.\", \"text\": \"Amendment of regulation 39 of the Personnel Regulations (2025 Revision) - misconduct 3. The Personnel Regulations (2025 Revision), in these Regulations referred to as the \u201cprincipal Regulations\u201d, are amended in regulation 39(3) and (5), respectively, by deleting the words \u201cin accordance with regulation 41\u201d and substituting the word \u201cforthwith\u201d. The principal Regulations are amended in regulation 40 as follows \u2014 (a) in paragraph (1)(c), by deleting the word \u201cunsatisfactory\u201d wherever it appears and substituting the word \u201cinadequate\u201d; (b) in paragraph (2)(c), by deleting the words \u201cin accordance with regulation 41(2)\u201d and substituting the word \u201cforthwith\u201d; and (c) by repealing paragraph (3). 5.
