These Regulations may be cited as the Beneficial Ownership Transparency (Legitimate Interest Access) (Amendment) Regulations, 2026.\", \"element\": \"section\", \"heading\": null}, {\"eId\": \"sec_2\", \"num\": \"2.\", \"text\": \"Amendment of regulation 4 of the Beneficial Ownership Transparency (Legitimate Interest Access) Regulations, 2024 \u2013 application for access to information on the search platform 2. The Beneficial Ownership Transparency (Legitimate Interest Access) Regulations, 2024 are amended in regulation 4 as follows \u2014 (a) in paragraph 2(b)(iii)(A) as follows \u2014 (i) by deleting the words \u201cthirty dollars\u201d and substituting the words \u201cseventy-five dollars\u201d; and (ii) by deleting the word \u201cand\u201d which appears at the end of the paragraph; Regulation 2 Beneficial Ownership Transparency (Legitimate Interest Access) (Amendment) Regulations, 2026 SL 8 of 2026 (b) in paragraph 2(b)(iii)(B), by deleting the full stop and substituting a semicolon and the word \u201cand\u201d; and (c) by inserting after paragraph (2)(b)(iii)(B) the following \u2014 \u201c(C) two hundred and fifty dollars for administrative services in respect of the application if the application is for multiple applications to be made within a period of one year in relation to any number of legal persons.\u201d.
