Order 6 SCHEDULE Particulars to be included in Census Return 1. (1) In respect of each person completing the return, whether resident or visitor - (a) name; (b) gender; and (c) usual address, and address on census day, if different. (2) In respect of each resident - (a) date of birth; (b) relationship in household; (c) marital status; (d) union status; (e) country of birth; (f) citizenship; (g) residence one year ago; (h) country of previous residence, if any; (i) year of arrival in the Cayman Islands; G) disability; (k) type of disability; (1) _ limitation of activities; (m) areas of limitations; (n) health insurance coverage; (o) language(s) spoken; (p) language(s) most often spoken at home; (q) religion; (r) present education; (s) type of school or institution attending; (t) school location; (u) mode of travelling to school; and (v) highest qualification achieved. (3) Inrespect of persons 15 years of age and over- (a) details of any training received; (b) qualification received; The Census (Cayman Islands) Order, 1999 (c) unpaid household activities during week of October 3 to October 9, 1999; (d) main employment activity for week commencing October 3 to | October 9, 1999; (e) whether or not a second job is held; (f) business of employer; (g) occupation; (h) district in which main employment is located; (i) weekly hours worked; (j) method of daily transport to work; (k) income from paid employment for the calendar year 1998; (1) income from self employment for the calendar year 1998; (m) income from Government for the calendar year 1998; (n) income form friends and family abroad for the calendar year 1998; (0) income from other sources for the calendar year 1998; (p) contribution to a pension plan; and (q) income sent abroad during the calendar year 1998. (4) In respect of every resident female aged 15 years and over - (a) total number of live births; and (b) total number of live births in the last twelve months.
