Citation Interpretation Early returns The Census (Cayman Islands) Regulations, 1999 Division into 4. The Statistician shall divide the Cayman Islands districts into enumeration enumeration areas areas and shall prepare a map delineating every such enumeration area. Appointment of census 5. The Statistician shall appoint a person to be Supervisor of the Census and supervisor and field : i eiperviaut such other persons as he deems fit to be field supervisors who shall be assigned to one or more enumeration areas. Appointment of 6. The Statistician shall appoint such number of persons as may be necessary enumerators s 7 to be enumerators and shall assign each enumerator to one \u201cr more enumeration areas. Duties of supervisor 7. It shall be the duty of the supervisors to- (a) give all necessary instructions to enumerators; (b) issue to enumerators all census forms and other articles necessary for the taking of the census; (c) examine entries made in census forms and, where it appears upon examination that any census information in any form is defective or omitted, to require the appropriate enumerator to take steps to correct the defective information or supply the omitted information; (d) make arrangements to replace any enumerator who may be unable to carry out his duties; (e) receive, examine and transmit to the Statistician all census forms delivered to them by enumerators; and (f) carry out any instructions issued to them by the Statistician for the purpose of taking the census. Duties of enumerators 8.
