Clause 1 provides the short title of the legislation. Clause 2 amends section 2 of the Traffic Act (2021 Revision) to change the prescribed limit in relation to the proportion of alcohol in a person\u2019s breath, blood and urine. Clause 3 contains transitional provisions in relation to the proceedings in respect of certain offences committed or alleged to have been committed in contravention of the prescribed limit.
