Clause 1 provides the short title of the legislation. Clause 2 amends section 2 of the principal Act by inserting definitions of the words \u201cexempted limited partnership\u201d, \u201climited liability partnership\u201d and \u201cpartnership\u201d. Clause 3 amends section 39 of the principal Act by repealing and substituting the section heading. The clause further amends subsection (2) to correct an incorrect reference to a \u201cdirector\u201d.
