register\n2.\nA register shall be in one of the forms prescribed in the First Schedule.\n3.\nForms of certificates\n3.\nA land certificate and certificate of lease shall be in the forms prescribed in the\nSecond Schedule.\n4.\nOther forms\n4.\nOther forms required to be used under the Law shall be in the forms prescribed in\nthe Third Schedule.\n5.\nVerification of instruments\n5.\n(1) In addition to the Registrar, a Judge, a Magistrate, a Justice of the Peace, an\nOfficer for the purposes of Part I of the Oaths Law (1996 Revision), a Notary\nPublic and the District Commissioner, Cayman Brac
