The Council shall waive the prescribed fees for the issue of a wildlife interaction zone tourist vessel licence under Part 7 of the National Conservation Council (Licence and Permit) Directives (2022 Revision) in respect of an applicant for a wildlife interaction zone tourist vessel licence who \u2014 (a) was issued a wildlife interaction zone tourist vessel licence which expired during the period beginning on 30th January, 2020 and ending on 30th January, 2022; and Regulation 2 SL 12 of 2022 (b) by no later than 31st July, 2022, applies to the Council for the issue of a wildlife interaction zone tourist vessel licence in respect of the same tourist vessel which was licensed under the wildlife interaction zone tourist vessel licence referred to in paragraph (a).
