(1) A person or organisation that wishes to submit a nomination for admission to any level of the Order shall submit a nomination to the Secretary of the Order in the form and manner set out in the Schedule. (2) A person or organisation shall submit a nomination under paragraph (1) \u2014 (a) in respect of the first investiture ceremony to take place in 2021, on or before the 27th November, 2020; and (b) in respect of any subsequent investiture ceremony, within the timeframe specified by Cabinet by notice published in the Gazette, in any official Government website or official means of communication or any other government media.
