The Companies Act (2026 Revision) is amended in Schedule 5 as follows \u2014 (a) in Part 2 \u2014 (i) in paragraph (a)(i), by deleting the words \u201can annual fee of $900\u201d and substituting the words \u201can annual fee of $1000\u201d; and (ii) in paragraph (a)(ii), by deleting the words \u201can annual fee of $1,140\u201d and substituting the words \u201can annual fee of $1,240\u201d; (b) in Part 4 \u2014 (i) in paragraph 1(a), by deleting the words \u201can annual fee of $925\u201d and substituting the words \u201can annual fee of $1,025\u201d; Paragraph 3 Companies (Amendment of Schedule 5) (No. 2) Order, 2026 SL 46 of 2026 (ii) in paragraph 1(b), by deleting the words \u201can annual fee of $1,225\u201d and substituting the words \u201can annual fee of $1,325\u201d; (iii) in paragraph 1(c), by deleting the words \u201can annual fee of $2,209\u201d and substituting the words \u201can annual fee of $2,309\u201d; (iv) in paragraph 1(d), by deleting the words \u201can annual fee of $2,793\u201d and substituting the words \u201can annual fee of $2,893\u201d; and (v) in paragraph 2, by deleting the words \u201ca fee equal to the lowest band of the annual fee by an exempted company as set out in item 1(a)\u201d and substituting the words \u201ca fee of $925\u201d; and (c) in Part 5, in paragraph 2, by deleting the words \u201cis $1,650\u201d and substituting the words \u201cis $1,750\u201d.\", \"element\": \"section\", \"heading\": null}, {\"eId\": \"sec_3\", \"num\": \"3.\", \"text\": \"Repeal of the Companies (Amendment of Schedule 5) Order, 2026 3.
