Revision).\n2.\nDefinition\n2.\nIn these regulations \u2014\n\u201cfarmer\u201d means a person who satisfies the appropriate authority that he farms\nor manages land that is used for arable purposes or the rearing of stock.\n3.\nScope\n3.\nThese regulations apply to \u2014\n(a)\napplications for Firearm Export Permits, Import Permits, Firearm User\u2019s\n(Restricted) Licences, Firearm User\u2019s (Special) Permits and Disposal\nPermits; and\n(b) licences and permits granted pursuant to such applications.\n4.\nApplications\n4.\nApplications for licences or permits to which these regulations apply as well as\nlicences and permits granted shall \u2014\n(a)\nbe in the form specified in the First Schedule; and\n(b) contain the particulars therein specified,\n\nRegulation User\u2019s (Special) Permit shall forward with the\napplication two small unmounted photographs, approximately 2 in. x 1 1\/2 in., of\nthe applicant, and on the back of one such photograph a certificate signed by the\napplicant that such photograph is a true likeness.\n6.\nMinimum ages\n6.\nNo person shall be issued with a \u2014\n(a)\nFirearm User\u2019s (Restricted) Licence; or\n(b) Firearm User\u2019s (Special) Permit,\nunless \u2014\n(i)\nin the case of a shot gun, air pistol, air gun or air rifle, he has\nattained the age of eighteen years; or\n(ii) in the case of all other types of firearms, he has attained the age of\ntwenty-one years.\n7.\nAppeals\n7.\nAn aggrieved applicant may give notice of appeal in the form specified in the First\nSchedule which shall be accompanied by a fee of ten dollars which will be refunded\nif the appeal is successful.\n8.\nFees\n8.\nThe several permits and licences issuable under the Law are those set out in\nsection 19, and for which the fees specified in the Second Schedule are payable.\n9.\nWaiver of fees: Cayman Brac, Little Cayman\n9.\nThe Governor in Council may, from time to time, waive or reduce any or all of
