(1) The traffic tickets shall be in the form set out in Schedule 1. (2) Where an offence referred to in Columns 1 and 2 of Schedule 2 is committed, the penalty in Column 3 applies. (3) Where the summary of an offence contained in column 1 of Schedule 2 differs from the substantive creation of the offence in the provision concerned, the provision creating the offence shall prevail and no person may be acquitted on the basis that there is a conflict between the two provisions. the powers conferred by sections 106 and 142 of the Traffic Law, 2011 the\nGovernor in Cabinet makes the following Regulations \u2014\n1.\nCitation and commencement\n1.\nThese Regulations may be cited as the Traffic Ticket Regulations, 2012 and come\ninto force immediately after the Traffic Law, 2011 [Law 26 of 2011] comes into\nforce.\n2.\nTraffic tickets and fines\n2.\n(1) The traffic tickets shall be in the form set out in Schedule 1.\n(2) Where an offence referred to in Columns 1 and 2 of Schedule 2 is committed,\nthe penalty in Column 3 applies.\n(3) Where the summary of an offence contained in column 1 of Schedule 2 differs\nfrom the substantive creation of the offence in the provision concerned, the\nprovision creating the offence shall prevail and no person may be acquitted Where an intersection or road junction\nis without a traffic sign or signal\ngiving priority to a road, driving in\nsuch a manner as to fail to avoid the\npossibility of a collision with any\nother road user\nSections 68 and 93 (1) (q)\nof the Law\n$100\n36. Parking a vehicle in a way that\nobscures a road, road sign, road\nintersection or junction from the view\nof another road user\nSections 68(l) and 93 (1)\n(q) of the Law\n$100\n37. Parking a vehicle so as so to deny\nanother road user free passage along a\nroad\nSections 68(l) and 93 (1)\n(q) of the Law\n$100\n38.
