THE ELECTIONS LAW (2004 REVISION)
The Governor in Cabinet, acting on the recommendation of the Supervisor and in exercise of the powers conferred by section 107 of the Elections Law (2004 Revision), makes the following rules - These rules may be cited as the Election (Amendment) Rules, 2009. Citation The Election Rules (2004 Revision) are amended in rule 3 as follows - Amendment of rule 3 of the Election Rules (2004 Revision) - application to be treated as absent elector (a) by repealing subrule (2); (b) in subrule (3) by deleting the words “or an application to be no longer so treated”; and (c) by repealing subrule (5). The Election Rules (2004 Revision) are amended in the Appendix by deleting Form E. Amendment of the Appendix to the Election Rules (2004 Revision) - Forms
