In exercise of the power conferred by section 1(2) of the Tobacco Law, 2008, the Governor in Cabinet makes the following order - This Order may be cited as the Tobacco Law, 2008 (Amendment of Commencement Order) Order, 2009. Citation Paragraph 2 of the Tobacco Law, 2008 (Commencement) Order, 2009 is amended by deleting the words “on 30th October, 2009” and substituting the words “on 31st December, 2009”.
