In exercise of the power conferred by section 1(2) of the Tobacco Law, 2008, the Governor in Cabinet makes the following order - This order may be cited as the Tobacco Law, 2008 (Commencement) Order, Citation The provisions of sections 10(1) to (4) and 22(4) of the Tobacco Law, 2008, shall come into force on 1st May, 2009 and the remaining provisions, with the exception of section 11(2), shall come into force on 30th October, 2009.
