THE INSURANCE LAW, 2010 (LAW 32 OF 2010)

In exercise of the power conferred by section 1(2) of the Insurance Law, 2010, the Governor in Cabinet makes the following Order - This Order may be cited as the Insurance Law, 2010 (Commencement) Order, 2012. The provisions of the Insurance Law, 2010 shall come into force on 1st November, 2012.
