2012 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 2012

In exercise of the power conferred by section 1(2) of the Attorney General's Reference of Questions Law, 2012, the Governor in Cabinet makes the following Order - This Order may be cited as the Attorney General's Reference of Questions Law, 2012 (Commencement) Order, 2012. The provisions of the Attorney General's Reference of Questions Law, 2012, shall come into force on the 8th day of November, 2012.
