USING THE GAZETTE: The Cayman Islands Gazette, the official newspaper of the Government of the Cayman Islands is published fortnightly on *Tuesday. The next issue (08/14) will be published on 22 April 2014. Closing time for lodgment of commercial notices will be 12 noon, Friday, 11 April 2014. Government notices must be lodged at the Gazette Office by 12 noon on Wednesday (9 April 2014). This timeframe will be followed for all Gazettes. Notices are accepted for publication in the next issue, unless otherwise specified.

Issue No.07/2014

Original copies of notices must be submitted for publication. Dates, proper names and signatures are to be shown clearly. Faxed transmissions of copy are not acceptable, unless arrangements have been made with the Gazette Office, in which case they must be followed by a signed original delivered the same day. We invite submissions by email for use with Microsoft Word software, followed, or accompanied, by an original print version. Covering instructions setting out requirements must accompany all notices. Copies will be returned unpublished if not submitted in accordance with these requirements.

ERRATA The Human Tissue Transplant Law, 2013, Law 15 of 2013, was published as Supplement No. 7 with Gazette No. 9 dated 6th May, 2013. A clerical error appears in section 20(2) of the Law. Supplement No. 7 with Gazette No. 9 dated 6th May, 2013, should therefore be amended in section 20(2) by deleting “section 21(2)” and substituting “section 21(3)”.
