(COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 2014

In exercise of the power conferred by section 1(2) of the Directors Registration and Licensing Law, 2014, the Cabinet makes the following Order - This Order may be cited as the Directors Registration and Licensing Law, 2014 (Commencement) Order, 2014. The provisions of the Directors Registration and Licensing Law, 2014, with the exception of sections 11(2)(a), 18(2)(a) and 24(1)(b), shall come into force on the 4th day of June, 2014.
