The Dangerous Substances Handling and Storage (Amendment) Law, 2015. (Price $4.80) The Endangered Species (Trade and Transport) Law, 2004 (Commencement) Order, 2015 The Endangered Species (Trade and Transport) Law, 2004 (Commencement) Order, 2015 was published as Supplement No. 1 with Gazette No. 24 dated 23rd November, 2015. The publication contains an error in the form of an omission of the reference to “(No. 2)” in the Citation of the Order. This reference would correctly represent that there was a previous Endangered Species (Trade and Transport) Law, 2004 (Commencement) Order, 2015 published as Supplement No. 1 with Extraordinary Gazette No. 49 dated 1st July, 2015 which brought all parts of the Law, save and except for Part IV, into force. The error is to be corrected by amending the Citation to reflect “The Endangered Species (Trade and Transport) Law, 2004 (Commencement) (No. 2) Order, 2015.” Subscribers are advised to make the necessary amendments to their copies of the Endangered Species (Trade and Transport) Law, 2004 (Commencement) Order, 2015.
