The Securities Investment Business Law (2015 Revision)

The Securities Investment Business Law (2015 Revision) was published as Supplement No. 25 with Extraordinary Gazette No. 53 dated 17 July, 2015.

(a) The Securities Investment Business (Amendment) Law, 2012 was published as Supplement No. 1 with Extraordinary Gazette No. 123 dated 11 December, 2012, amending, among other things, section 5(4)(b) of the principal Law to increase the licence fee from $3,500 to $5,000.

(b) Inadvertently, this amendment was omitted from the 2015 Revision.

Subscribers are requested to amend their copies of the Securities Investment Business Law (2015 Revision), accordingly.
