(Price $1.60) The Film Exhibition Control Law, 2015 The Film Exhibition Control Law, 2015 was published as Supplement No. 1 with Gazette No. 16 dated 3rd August, 2015. The publication contains errors. 1. In section 2, the position of “Chief Fire Officer” is defined. Reference to this position does not appear in the Law. The error is to be corrected by deleting the definition of “Chief Fire Officer”. 2. In section 7(3), reference is incorrectly made to “subsection (1)”. The error is to be corrected by deleting reference to “subsection (1)” where it appears and substituting reference to “subsection (2)”.

In section 10(3), reference is incorrectly made to “section 2(b)(ii)”. This error is to be corrected by deleting reference to “section 2(b)(ii)” where it appears and substituting reference to “subsection (2)(b)(ii)”. Subscribers are advised to make the necessary amendments to their copies of the Film Exhibition Control Law, 2015.
