THE LAND HOLDING COMPANIES SHARE TRANSFER TAX LAW (2016 REVISION)

The Land Holding Companies Share Transfer Tax Law (2016 Revision) was published as Supplement No. 13 with Extraordinary Gazette No. 69 of 2 September, 2016.

The references to “the Minister charged with responsibility for Financial Services” were inadvertently inserted and should be deleted wherever they appear and be substituted with the words “the Minister charged with responsibility for Finance” Subscribers are requested to amend their copies of the Land Holding Companies Share Transfer Tax Law (2016 Revision), accordingly.
