In exercise of the power conferred by section 1(2) of the National Conservation Law, 2013, the Cabinet makes the following Order - This Order may be cited as the National Conservation Law, 2013 Parts 5 and 7 of the National Conservation Law, 2013, with the exception of sections 46 and 47 of Part 7, shall come into force on the 15th day of August, Made in Cabinet the 9th day of August, 2016.
