THE SUNDAY TRADING LAW (2014 REVISION)

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 6(2) of the Sunday Trading Law (2014 Revision), the Cabinet makes the following Order -

This Order may be cited as the Sunday Trading Order, 2016. The Sunday Trading Law (2014 Revision) is amended in the Schedule by repealing paragraph 14 and substituting the following paragraph - “14. Establishments engaged in the conduct of public film exhibitions in accordance with the hours specified in the Film Exhibition Control Law, 2015 (Law 9 of 2015).”.
