The Public Authorities Law, 2017 (Commencement) Order, 2017

In exercise of the power conferred by section 1(2) of the Public Authorities Law, 2017, the Cabinet makes the following Order - This Order may be cited as the Public Authorities Law, 2017 (1) The provisions of the Public Authorities Law, 2017, with the exception of section 47, shall come into force on the 1st day of June, 2017. (2) Section 47 of the Public Authorities Law, 2017 shall come into force on the 1st day of June, 2018.
