The Limited Liability Companies (Amendment) Law, 2017 (Commencement) Order, 2017. (Price 80 cents) ERRATA 1. The Special Economic Zones (Cayman Enterprise City) (Amendment) Order, 2017 The date and signatory’s name that should have appeared at the end of the Special Economic Zones (Cayman Enterprise City) (Amendment) Order, 2017, published as Supplement No. 1 with Extraordinary Gazette No. 32 dated 12th April, 2017, were inadvertently omitted. That Supplement should therefore be amended by inserting at the end of the Special Economic Zones (Cayman Enterprise City) (Amendment) Order, 2017 the following words - “Made in Cabinet the 6th day of April, 2017. Kim Bullings Clerk of the Cabinet.” Subscribers are requested to amend their copies of the Official Gazette accordingly. 2. The Human Tissue Transplant Law, 2013, Law 15 of 2013 A clerical error appears in section 17(a)(ii) and in section 20(2) of the Human Tissue Transplant Law, 2013, Law 15 of 2013, published as Supplement No. 7 with Gazette No. 9 dated 6th May, 2013. That Supplement should therefore be amended in the Human Tissue Transplant Law, 2013, as follows - (a) in section 17(a)(ii) by deleting “section 18(3)” and substituting “section 18(4)”; and (b) in section 20(2) by deleting “section 21(2)” and substituting “section 21(3)”. Subscribers are requested to amend their copies of the Official Gazette accordingly.
