In exercise of the power conferred by section 1 of the Design Rights Registration Law, 2016, the Cabinet makes the following Order - This Order may be cited as the Design Rights Registration Law, 2016 The Design Rights Registration Law, 2016 shall come into force on the 1st day of August, 2017.
